Autumn has come! Pumpkin mode.

These days, pumpkin is everywhere. A feeling of coming alive in the golden waltz of purées, soups and Pumpkin Spice Brownies - look at those guys, they are so maddeningly soft...

Getting the most out of seasonal veggies - optimizing vitmains intake, quality, taste and prices. Flourishing on pumpkin cravings? Go for it! Really, Nature is very well made...


Or maybe you already got fed up with all these orange pumpkin fireworks. Or maybe... you're not that convinced by the softness of the butternut. Well then, try something else! Pumpkins are not the only autumn veggies.



Here are some ideas:

- cauliflower tabbouleh

- oven-baked eggplant wraps

- buckwheat galette and beetroot hummus / and beetroot, goat cheese, rocket

- galette filled with creamy leeks and smoked trout

- celeriac fries or celeriac-beetroot slices mille-feuille style

- cauliflower and chickpeas gratin (with vegan béchamel sauce)

- zucchnini lasagnes with mushrooms

- sea bream in safran sauce, sweet potato puree, green beans

- broccoli-spinach-coconut soup

In any case, don't forget: might be grey outside, alright, but the sun still comes to say hello - don't miss it! My reaction? AAAAh let's get out, quick!!! A last mini vitamine D-shot before winter comes. How do you stay focus between home office and lockdown rules?



1) Find a system, a new routine adapted to your new situation

2) Try online coaching! Take the lockdown as an opportunity to think about your eating habits, learn to reconnect with your body, enjoy a fitness coaching for you alone.

3) Reconsider your goals and be creative!

4) Find a morning routine to wake up and energise, and an evening routine to relax your body and sleep better. Of course, like everything else, we can think about it together in your personalised coaching programme.

5) Use your brain in different ways. Why don't you connect with your friends on Zoom for a quiz that one of you may organise?

6) Go out and breathe - a yoga routine with someone you love or a run in the woods, keeping a safe and friendly distance of course ;) Even a nice walk will keep you on track!



Autumn has its own beauty - learn to appreciate it by going back to essential things. Every day, after trying not to slip on the leaf-covered wet stones, I let myself wonder at the beautiful colour of a lone leaf... Finding again the innocence of childhood, it's a kind of release, a reconnection with the essence of things.
