Find your way in the stars

Life is all about finding your way.

When you do something with your heart, when you vibrate at the thought of it, when it feels fulfilling and right - then you might be close to what you are meant to be.

Throughout my journey as a complex human being, trying to understand myself and humans, diving into yoga and other holistic views, there was one message that stuck around: "follow your heart". And with time I have learned to stay true to my intuition and really make decisions. This is my path: love and healing.

One man helped my clear out a few themes and confirmed me in what I was already doing with fitness and nutrition. Now, I fully embrace a holistic approach with what I came to connect on my way - ayurveda, yoga, emotions, positive thinking, foot massage, aroma etc. while still giving movement coaching with my favorite: bodyweight. Lifting weights on one side and having a restorative yoga session on the other, isn't it some kind of balance?

And balance is also, in my view, staying down-to-earth while being open to effective healing methods. Is Ayurveda 100% proven? Not quite. But most have the uses are. As for what is left - do you want to wait for ages until there has been enough scientific studies to prove each detail of an ancient medicine that has healed so many people? And more: can we prove everything of this world scientifically? Or is there a space for intuition and spirituality?

Same for astrology: it might not be the most scientific method. But we are not talking about a religion eather. It is, in my view, one more understanding of nature that can help some of us. I talked to a relative about this and my experience with an astrologist. I came to discuss with this man that I now I could trust - not that I was specifically seeking astrological coaching, but I am generally interested in all healing methods, and so we started with my birth map and had long discussions about the main themes in my life. And I realised it was a well-constructed system that made sense for who could read it and especially for a person that was able to listen to the client, ask questions and interpret. Aren't these the skills of a good life coach? In the end: whatever the method a healer uses: what is the most important is that he has an ability to help.

Now maybe you are more attracted to hypnosis, ayurveda, sophrology, meditation, acupuncture... it's about having an open mind and talking what makes sense for YOU.

My relative, who is currently completely lost in his life, said "I don't believe in astrology". It is his state now, and maybe he is not ready for it. I asked myself if it was really a matter of belief... as I rather see the person who really helps behind said system. But hey, maybe it is good to believe in what you're doing, especially if we consider the well-known placebo-effect and that all activity made with a true commitment is much more efficient.

I answered that I had a great experience and when my relative were ready, he could always find his way with the help of this man whom I respect and consider a true friend: Nikolas Simon. He speaks fluent German and English, works as a yoga teacher/coach, ayurvedic cook, now on the fields of an organic farm and as an astrologist. He likes weight lifting and animal moves, walking bare-feet on the grass, meditation, singing self-written rainbow mantras on his guitar... first attracted to the skies, he worked on him to ground himself and so found a strong foundation to help others, which he does well and with a good heart.
